Percik Fried Rice

Nasi Goreng Percik

1 bowl cooked white rice
2 tbsp percik sauce, click the link below for recipe
1 tbsp chopped spring onions
2 shallots, sliced
some chicken meat, thinly sliced
4 to 5 prawns, deshelled
a few drops of light soy sauce

chopped spring onions
1 egg, (fried in hot oil)
some fish crackers

Heat 1 tbsp oil, saute sliced onions and spring onions. Then add in meat and prawns and cook until meat cooked. Add in rice and mix thoroughly. Add in percik sauce and mix further. Add in soy sauce, and cook until all ingredients are well co-porated. Dish out. Garnish with shallot crisps and spring onions. Serve with egg fried and some fish crackers.
